Mobilu processes personal data in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, which in any way relate to the protection of privacy, data protection, privacy or the security of personal data and apply to the delivery of the subscribed services, including the EU Directives and Regulations governing the protection of personal data, and in particular the EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on personal data protection and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive after “GDPR”).

Personal data is processed by Mobilu to the extent necessary:

  • for the realisation and execution of the contract, including the provision of the subscribed service.
  • to comply with, and cooperate with, its legal or regulatory obligations, as well as the demands or requirements of regulatory and enforcement authorities
  • to meet the objectives of legitimate interests pursued by Mobilu, for example for billing purposes, customer management, in the fight against fraud related to the use of its services, to enforce these general conditions, to direct marketing purposes for Mobilu’s products and services (including the development of commercial offers)

In strict compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, Mobilu retains and processes the relevant personal data after the end of the contract for a minimum period of 10 years after the date of initialization of the subscribed service, in order to retrospectively ensure the possibility of checking the use of subscribed services. Mobilu will comply with applicable law and any guidelines issued by the authorities in this regard.
Mobilu implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of personal data security appropriate to the processing and associated risks of Mobilu.

Specifically in PFC stations Mobilu does not track any personal data. The only data that can optionally be gathered is error and crash information if Crashlytics is enabled in the about screen. This will also gather information about the device like the used version of the OS and manufacturer to help diagnosing issues with the application.
